Compensation Fund patients, without the paper chase

Every injury on duty is its own case, with the claim number, the date of the accident and the employer, and a list of what is due so nothing is forgotten.

What BetterDesk does

One case per injury

The claim number, accident date and employer are kept with the case, and every visit for the injury belongs to it.

Reports

First and progress reports for the Fund, ready to print and send.

Fund invoices

Invoices by the Compensation Fund’s rules and the gazette codes for your discipline, paid into the bank account you choose for the Fund.

Older claims too

Bring in visits from before BetterDesk, join an old case to the patient’s file, and add scanned documents.

Sick notes

The treating practitioner signs a note that the patient attended treatment. The employer scans the QR code to check it is genuine, without seeing any medical details.

What’s due

The injury-on-duty list shows each case with what is still to do, from the next report to an unpaid invoice.

Only a medical doctor can book a patient off work. A BetterDesk sick note confirms that the patient attended treatment.
