One clear monthly price

PracticesR 2 500 a month, excl. VAT

Up to 3 practitioners; R 300 for each one more. Reception and admin logins are free.

Gyms and studiosR 950 a month, excl. VAT

Classes, members and their app, packages and debit orders.

Refer a business: when they have paid for 2 months, your next month is free.

Before you start

Can we bring our patients or members across?

Yes, at no extra cost. Export your list from your current system or an Excel sheet, and we bring it across for you. Every row is checked before anything is saved.

Do we need to install anything?

No. BetterDesk works in the browser on computers, tablets and phones. On a phone you can add it to the home screen, and it opens like an app.

Can BetterDesk claim from medical aids?

BetterDesk makes the accounts, claims list, remittances and statements today. Sending claims straight to the scheme administrators is being set up. More about medical aids.

Who helps us when we need it?

The people who built BetterDesk. Report a problem from Help and problems in the app and we answer there, or reply to any BetterDesk email.
